1.5 will have A LOT of framework changes along with the new dialer. It will be included in the next version and this theme will no longer be based off my other cyan theme, it'll be based off official ICS framework.
Ohh, that's awesome.I kind of like your cyan theme better, but I like the dialer in this one. Would there be any way to use this dialer in your cyan theme?
I'll make a flashable zip once new dialer is out so anyone can use it on any ROM (as long as it's no-CiQ).

Works but removes lockscreen options.... Like clock position..etc.. Overstew needs to update.
Probably due to an update to the framework.res
Then again v1.9 updated the lockscreens and menus so it may be a part of 1.9.

Framework needs updating on stews side. flashed new starburts.... Just wait for overstew and we are back in the game.
Were almost there. Really needs the full ICS framework to bring out the full potential in the tabs. So it'll look even better in v1.5.

Anyways, it's a huge revamp.
- Font colors are accurate, (blue clock/date in status bar, white where needed to be. As it is in ICS).
- Revamped progress bar (when changing volume, etc.)
- Working on AppDrawer icon to be in the center, to appear like ICS Launcher. (Depends on whether it's an easy XML edit, or hard smali edits.)
- Redone the divider images.
- More black over white/grey to enhance battery performance.
- Additional Framework-res.apk edits.
- Will be based on Calk's 2.7 for fancy animations. (Calkulin is the man!)
- (Optional) Will release a separate signal icon mod (stock Samsung bars with ICS blue colors, as it was in ICS Twist.)
