hello i have dead n7000 phone gose to download mode but when trying to flash odin gives error on writing factory.img any one plz help

This is a (normally strong) hint that you bricked your device.
Did you make a factory reset while on ICS?
And please provide some more infos about it (Rom installed before, rooted or not, Rom you want to install etc.)
I too faced this problem many times. but fortunately i solved it by selecting Bootloader and PDA in ODIN while flashing.
I used same.tar (Stock JB) file in both Bootloader and PDA and check "Phone bootloader Update"
Note: i am no mod or Dev. i am just sharing my experience and how i solved this problem and my note is running and fine.
