Hi I brought this motherboard to fit to existing parts, but I cannot restore to factory this is on a i8190.

Steps taken
1. Tried to get to recovery setting via Volume+ & Home & Power there is no option appearing phone just boots to OS
2 Downloaded Android SDK went through the adb process but debug mode not activated wont pick up device
3 Used ODIN to reinstall OS worked but no change still locked
4 Entered sim card tried to ring phone no access
5 Tried secret reset code *2767*3855# no response.
Any help would be really helpful thank you in advance.
