[HELP] get stucked at sgt3 after wiping data

Somebody help! after I root my tab 3, and I back up my files using TWRP Recovery, I did wiped data after that I shutdown the tablet and a message appear that says I have no OS and my device is not rooted "do you want to install superSU? I choose do not install and it shutdown, and when Im turning it on it always stuck at SAMSUNG TAB 3 logo

when I do TWRP Recovery and check restore, there is nothing on it

Sounds like you did a full wipe and didn't install a new rom. Do the default wipe install new rom; try again

What should I do? How about if i flash a new firmware? Pls do tell me the procedure

download the firmware from sammobile.
flash the firmware with Odin
