Same as that.
When i checked nothing, then i put the date back 5 years and rechecked and bingo!
EDIT : Just checked again and now it`s downloading 
Mine was bought sim-free , i am using an o2 sim card, in phone up date check = NOTHING?

ok how do i flash this then on my phone sorry for this noobish question...normally would do it from recovery but not rooted yet...man i feel like a beginner again

Take sim out and try wifi connection. I had to reset my phone as I was getting it replaced. If you have flashed custom rom might no work.

rename to update.zip root directory of your sd-card. Reboot to bootloader and flash through zip.1
