It was built a little over 3 weeks after LQ8, so...

OK, the build date (03-08-2012) is 3 weeks after the BUILD date from the italy version (11-07-2012). BUT it is only 3 days after the RELEASE date of the italy version. And all the bugs were known many days later. So i dont think, there is any bugfix in it.

I had the same battery drain problem and i have done the following:
1. install greek 3.2 version P7500OXXKK4 from samfirmware.com
2. full wipe
3. install 4.0.4 BALTIC P7500OXXLP4 P7500XWLP5_P7500OXXLP4_SEB.zip
4. go to settings->WI-FI->advance "keep active wifi......" select NEVER
i have test it and for 12 hours only 1% battery drain and NO activity of my dual core(216MHZ) as before.

WiFi ON and sync ON and wondering about a 1%/hr battery drain?
If you lose 12% in 12 hours with WiFi Off and sync Off and your tab is not entering sleep mode then you have a draining problem.

Yes, although it will probably change the CSC to that which is included in the ROM.
