Installation Instructions
1-Go and download the latest Inspire OS build
2-Download 4.4.X Inspire Os Gapps
3-Boot into a custom recovery, do a factory reset, wipe caches
4-Flash ROM
5-Flash Gapps
6- Reboot :)

Got it eventually.

Love the automatic system colouring.
It's very pretty. And almost negates my want for installing any themes.

Very smooth too and glad to see S2W enabled by default in the kernel.

I had a SOD this morning though not long after flashing. Something I had on another recently compiled ROM. If you hard reset, you get back in OK but your phone seems to have done a partial factory reset. Wasn't a massive issue as I already had recent backups, buy could be bad if it happens after a week of use with no backup on standby.

What kind of issues are you referring to?
But anyways I'm sure you wouldn't have any problems with returning back to sense just do a backup before flashing this rom

I'd just heard about corrupt data issues but that might just be with GPE roms ... Always Nandroid :D

    Mini changelog of Alpha 2,
    -ColorsEngine: Dynamic colors.
    Many apps (Such as Google Play Store) changes the overall colors of the layout. ColorsEngine will now follow dynamic colors change
    -ColorsEngine: Animations improvements.
    Colors change animations has been improved to be as smooth as possible
    -Weather Panel: Introducing a first working stage of the new Inspire Weather Panel (it will change and improve in future builds)
    -toggles layout style: Quick toggles will now follow Colors Engine colors!. They are now centered and looks more flat and nice now!*
