Can you please link the kanged gapps?

Sorry I don't have a link but you can probably find them in dmeadows kitkang thread or in spencers cm11 thread. Sorry I can't be of more help since I don't know exactly which ones he used.

Going to try the pa build. I've been searching the web for a slim, carbon, or liquid build but I'm coming up empty.

Aerovan and ajrty33 both have updated CM 11 builds on goo.

It don't matter, there's also mediafire, dropbox, copy, box & mega

There's not a link to where you got the kanged gapps from?

I tried the latest pa from notta and although it was solid as a rock. I found it missing features I would expect from one of their builds. On thing missing is the ability to change themes and other basic features implemented elsewhere. So am I missing a button or icon somewhere. I never saw anything in settings. I didn't expect the pa stuff like DPI changes and what not. But I didn't see anything. Customization wise. Am I missing something? Keep in mind I'm not familiar with paranoid other than the screen shots they include showing how to do this or that.

Ur flashing the wrong gapps. U have to flash the full PA gapps after install of ROM. Boot up. Then go back and flash Kanged gapps

Beanstalk 4.4 d2vzw and gapps link

Just wanted to let you guys know about a beanstalk build I found on goo. It's from 11-24 but it does have a handful of features some of you may be missing. So far so good for me.

Thanks for pointing out.

Any additional features that are available compared to already available Unofficial CM 11 by sspencer10 ?

I searched but could not get any thread on beansstalk 4.4. Now Running on CM11 without any issues but dont mind trying something else
also.

for those of you looking for a new 4.4 rom this beanstalk rom is pretty cool. I don't see any support for it here on xda, but there is on G+.

TokedUp, could you kindly share some of the nexus 4/5 mods that you are using? It'd be much appreciated.

Dark Holo MMS. I linked the thread in the apps section here in the VZW S3 forum. Hit the Thanks button LOL!

    Dalvik Mod (Not Bionic) here:
    http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=2546120

Roboto Light font (looks amazing on our phones trust me) here:
    http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=2397201

Xperia Honami keyboard. It looks better, works 100% and runs lighter than the google/android keyboard.

Lean kernel of course. The dalvik Mod installs without issue but Im not sure it does anything. I started a thread in the Questions forum to discuss it. Dark Holo MMS is great especially with all the white in 4.4 and most of the Roms that have a dark version arent running that mod yet

^^When I first read your post on slim's forum, I was shocked because you were 'complaining,' which is so out of character for you. It was only after I read the entire post did I laugh since your complaint was merely tongue in cheek. But yeah I know how you feel about these developers. My favorite is GideonX, not because he is better than the others (or maybe he is). But in trying to throw some beer money his way for all his hard work, I found out that he doesn't take donations. Yes, he does this for the sheer joy of it. HOW COOL IS THAT.

I considered this forum you started as brilliant. It allowed us to compare notes on all the kk roms during their infancy. I hated how others would go on some rom's forum and bash the developer for his work or claim that another rom was better. They forget that these developers are all volunteers. If they worked for Google, Apple or sammy, they would get paid huge salaries. So this was the proper place to talk about roms and kernels. It also seems that just about everyone here have been civil and helpful.

And more props to you for updating the op with links to a lot of these kk roms and kernels. When people ask for links to this or that on other forums, its easier for me to steer them here.

I have 1 week left before I head to Asia for 3 months. So I must narrow down my dd to 1 or maybe 2 roms. Slim is definitely one of them. Now I have to learn how to survive without my crack flashing habit. Cheers mate!

I haven't seen any improvement yet, I know these things take time.

FWIW, I had good reception before I flashed the ML1 radio and base, it did, however, fix my camera problems!

The BT problem(s) have me back on a TW ROM.

AOKP was released today with the fix:) . Check out their Gerrit http://gerrit.aokp.co/#/q/status:merged,n,z

Hopefully the others will follow soon.
