Can not establish a reliable connection to the server

Guys...
I formatted my phone, and after formatting it started giving the following error when I try to connect the Play Store:
Can not establish a reliable connection to the server
Could anyone help me?
PS: I have no file explorer and much less internet browser ...

send file explorer apk from another mobile to your phone via bluetooth and install apk directly by clicking on received apk in statusbar!(Make sure you have "unknown sources" option in security tabchecked to install apks!):good:
