ive been trying to get a custom recovery for my gs4 and everytime I download one, then go into recovery, it isn't what it should be! im trying to install a custom rom and but there is no "install zip file on the recovery im on... im running 4.3 so maybe that has something to do with it??

Under stock firmware you must install the recovery with ODIN and then you after this you'll be able to get access to "install . zip file....)
This is explained in detail in the sticky op. make read!
