Defiantly should work both look same to me, except ioroot by @autoprime have large script for alot of devices, while on the lgveit script is cut down to kitkat only and lack of su app just. I think after the rooting sideload command to push the new superuser 1.99 should work, will try that soon.

LG F180L30c Officially updated Android 4.4.2 Conference call / 3way call issue
I have LG F180L30c it was working fine on jelly beans but since i have updated it via the official update to 4.4.2 the merge call / conference call option disappeared.
I have checked all the possible options in settings but of no use, can anyone please help me.

I've faced with some other problems too. That's why i returned to custom rom again. But you can try flashing with kitkat kdz, maybe this'll solve your problem.

I have problem in flashing KDZ. i have tried all methods it stops durinng ugradation. I have converted my Lg optimus G U+ F180L to LG E975 European open version. I want to go back to F180L Kitkat orignal rom. I am unable to go back. guide me what is the right procedure
Can anyone post screenshots? I will be happy if i will see screenshots.
Including review, how is it going with KitKat etc. Can i turn on WCDMA prefer? Or there is only LTe/wcdma prefered?

Yes it is possible but it'll permanently converted to F180 edition. E975 OPG users are using this method instead of flashing F180's Kdz. You'll find it here:
