I'm about to receive a device that requires BLE (Bluetooth 4.0) and the only device i have with the potential to connect is my Nook. Do any of the ROMs support BLE? I know this question has been posed specifically in the CM 10.2 and 11 threads but i didn't see mention elsewhere. Does anyone know? Thanks

Well I may have answered my own question.

I am running CM10.2 on my Nook HD+ and I decided to search for a flashable BLE zip. Since essentially support for it just needs to be enabled I figured I might as well see if I could find one.

I found a zip for the Nexus that supports any 4.3 based ROM so I figured I'd flash it, made a nandroid backup and gave it a shot.

Appears it may work, although I dont have my BLE device yet to test it, so if someone else has one they can verify with I'd be greatly appreciative.

So that credit is given where it is due, here is the link to the thread with the zip I used:

Download the 4.3_BLE-tuna2.zip file

I then used this app to test it, the APK is in the build folder:
https://github.com/tadejkolino/BLECheck

It is telling me that BLE is now supported on my device.

Again if anyone can test this I would greatly appreciate it.

Obligatory: I'm not responsible if you screw up your device. This zip is not for the Nook HD+
