Network/sim unlock? If you cannot contact the original network provider to unlock it, the only other way is to buy an unlock code from an online seller.
There is no unofficial way to do it, either by root or by flashing unbranded roms etc, before you ask.

i had flash unofficial rom byt doesnt help
