Can anyone help me to connect in usb mass storage. Atleast in MTP mode. I have selected MTP in storage option but still not able to connect and also i have installed the drivers.

I can see my device xt1033 there. And in that, mtp driver is not properly installed I believe. I can see an exclamation mark on that.

Right click and uninstall the driver. Right click in open area of the device manager and select scan for hardware changes. Make sure your device is connected your computer is connected to the internet to download the drivers, if required.

It says mtp driver not installed. From where do I get that I have already installed usb driver.

It'll automatically get downloaded if you're connected to internet.

I don't have Internet connected to my system. I tether from my phone. So manually I need to download.

Finally got my problem solved. Best thing was I had no windows media player installed that's why mtp was not working. Now it's working fine.
