Pdroid is an excellant application for those who are concerned about privacy.
For this to work in any rom , the rom needs a patched file.

Its easy to develop the patch for any ROM. Follow the instructions in the second link above to patch any rom

Boot into recovery and flash the file. Clear the cache too to prevent force closure. If u get forceclosures dont blame me..
