Bought a 32GB SanDisk UHS-I some time ago and all working fine several months later.
I also created a second 1GB data partition and run Link2SD.
This has a two fold benefit as it takes advantage of the SD card read/write speed and also frees up internal data storage for other things.
Still have ~183MB of primary internal data storage available.
The XPERIA X10i has (as I see it) a 3MB write and 5MB read on Internal data storage. This is compared to ~6MB write and ~16MB read using a SanDisk card.
