[Q] Disabled tethering provisions

I have recently rooted my S5, and installed the alliance ROM

It says it has disabled tethering provision checks

Does that mean that i can use Wifi Tethering for free without having to do any extra steps?

I've tried looking through the ROMS post but couldn't find a clear answer.

It actually uses your data for the tethering. Yes you do get the WiFi tethering for free. No $30 fee my friend.
