Hi,
By editing the build.prop with a file explorer (need root), at the end of the build.prop (/system/build.prop) add this line:

debug.egl.swapinterval=0But it's only for benches in my opinion, you'll see some weird screen behaviors while scrolling like "tearing" for example. There is nothing to gain in day to day use.
Make a Nandroid backup first, just in case.

no. all it will help with is getting you upset because the graphics WILL tear, skip, and produce other visual disturbances.
