[Q] Need help Un-Rooting

I have to return my phone to my work. I'm running 4.1.2 and no themes. I cannot remember which method I used to Root. I've searched but haven't found answer. A link to a thread would be great.

this is what i used last time i had to trade up phones.

Matt's utility will take it back to complete stock via fastboot, but be aware that the RAZR has a built in root checker in the stock recovery. I've found no way to fool it even after fastbooting back to stock. It still knows that it was rooted at some point.
