I plugged in my Note 3 and my PC can't detect it. I cannot access the phone storage (I have before). I check the device manager and it just shows up as samsung_android. When I plug it in, it detects as samsung cdc composite. I dont understand as debug mode should have enabled the notification when I plugged in the usb but still no dice. any solutions?
