•Download ROM and place it on your virtual SD card
•Boot your phone in recovery mode (vol down + power)
•In main menu, select "install zip from sdcard"
•Select "choose zip from sdcard" and Select this ROM

other operators, no Chinese operators, have sim-lock, you checked?
after the update JB 4.1.1 was sim-lock
you used different ruim cards, not Chinese?
sim-lock without s-off will not work, flashed in hboot

sorry, a student help me test this .i haven't find that,my phone is HTC ONE SU.so i don't know this.I'm chinese boy,use Chinese operators,so we couldn't find that.I am sorry.

USIM locked after update to R4.1.1

Hi SPSPaWn/Ruling,

I also have the same problem, I updated my HTC One SC (T528d) via OTA and after updating to R4.1.1 the USIM got locked(Meaning - not able to use india CDMA operator SIM card, it say SIM locked)
Then i officially unlocked my boot loader and installed R4.0.4. to check if it works in ICS version, but still USIM remains locked

Is there a solution to unlock the USIM on any of the versions again ?

Sorry, i couldnot understand exactly what you mean by "sim-lock without s-off will not work, flashed in hboot". Do you mean you unlocked the USIM successfully after upgrade or downgrade ?

Thanks for the ROM. Yesterday I just order the SU T528W model. I will recieve it today but I am worried now to change it to english rom and to install the google play.

Can you please rebuild the ROM with the Google Play,facebook, twitter apps atleast and remove some unwanted chinese stuff.

Do you mean that google play and sync is added by you by the term "Google services". Anyway I will install facebook and twitter if google play is present in the ROM .

Also can you please provide the step by step procedure to flash with your customed rom with tools used.:good:

Like to try this but cannot find a way to root my device and dont know what recoveries to install. But already unlocked bootloader.
