yup, flash tool really did the trick.
Ok, so now I notice the followings:
- JIT must be enabled,
- again some issues with the battery style - solid or percentage in choosing system theme
- status bar solid - but in screenlock is transparent - I guess this issue is related to the A-Theme. Maybe applying a different theme will change that.
- Antutu scores are the same - 1700 + depending on card speed, with 2d: 415 and 3d: over 560.
- brightness/I am sure some things could be done here.

One in one , great job, Lisa, keep it up.

Hi , my status bar clock is not visible.

I enabled it in Settings --> Cyanogenmod Settings --> Interface --> Status Bar Tweaks --> Show Clock

Can someone help ? The time is there on the lock screen.

radio, wi-fi working in new update for stock kernel, but can not download or update from google play, after update to newest google play, now it's working.

I solved the clock issue with applying a diferent wallpaper. (white for ex) and mayb you can consider a new theme (White S for ex.)
Writing is black, that's all....
