1 Tablet MZ607 Latino Americano com pelo menos 50% de bateria
1 Notebook (de preferência) ou um PC (menos recomendado), com sistema windows xp/vista/7 de 32bits (x86), mas você também pode usar uma VM como eu fiz porque meu windows é x64 (64bits)
1 Copo de água e uma música bem zem pra vc relaxar e não se afobar e cometer erros hehehe
Modo de preparo:
Com o Tablet desligado, ligue-o segurando os botões de Volume (+) e (-) em conjunto com o botão Power até aparecer uma tela com opções(estilo menus);
Aperte o botão Volume (-) até chegar na opção AP Fastboot e aperte botão Volume (+) para entrar na escolha;
Conecte o cabo usb ao tablet e ao computador e espere tudo ser reconhecido e instalado para uso conforme for;
Extraia os arquivos dos zips baixados, apague o arquivo flash.cmd da pasta fastboot, copie todos os arquivos da pasta fastboot para o a pasta que contém o sistema;
Execute o arquivo flash_fastboot_erase_userdata.bat;
Leve ao forno e espere cozinhar... se o console parecer congelado em algum momento, experimente clicar dentro da janela e apertar "enter" algumas vezes, naturalmente o processo de flash é demorado e você precisa concluir ele sem remover o tablet e sem deixar a energia do computador e do tablet acabar...
Após isso o tablet fica zeradinho com Honeycomb, eu não quis esperar atualizar via OTA então eu baixei o zip do ICS e flasheei pelo recovery default do Xoom 2, assim:

Acho que não rola de remover aplicativos do tablet como o Internet, Citrix, Contatos etc. Mas dá pra tirar todos que são voltados pra entreterimento e cultura inútil.
