[FIX] Workaround Fix for DARK CAMCORDER in CM Based roms

Hello community....
A quick workaround for those having DARK CAMCODER issue in cm based rom ...........

this is to be redone after every reboot.........

Steps:
1.open camera n switch to camcoder .
2. open camcoder's setting -> exposure -> set to +3 ...
3. exit the app.
4. clear recent apps.
5. reopen camcoder , voila................

this one worked for me .

additionally u can also enable HDR as u set exposure at same time..
