Battery charging issue, no troubleshoots working
I have a Note 2 with a charging issue for a month now, it charges extremely slowly and halts around 60%. if I start at 5%, it takes 18 hours to hit 35-45%, an entire weekend turned off to hit 60%. So what I've been doing is hauling around 3 different batteries all with 20%-50% to last the day.
I've bought a new OEM Samsung 2A charger + cable, no change.
I've tried chargers and USB cords other than my OEM, no change.
The battery current app on my phone claims a 1698-1800
I have 3 different batteries, the 9300, 6200 and 3100 all with the exact same result so I don't have 3 batteries kicking the bucket at the same time.
I have already factory reset twice.
Heck I tried a different outlet!
I've tried plugging the USB directly into my PC for giggles and no luck.
A strange thing I'm noticing is after I factory reset my Android system and display use within a few % battery of each other, this is shown on GSAM and stock android battery monitors. This is strange as usually display outright consumes the most battery by far. I found this sudden change in Android system usage odd and even more odd that factory reset doesn't fix it.
I'm at a loss as to what to do, I'm avoiding warranty service as the last time I needed Samsung service it was a huge hassle.
Thanks for any suggestions.
