Default Any new information on com.motorola.orange.simauth.jar?
I've been scouring the net for any additional information about this file:

com.motorola.orange.simauth.jar

I've been trying to deodex a droid 4 rom and like the razr encountered previously, I am unable to continue without this file. Does anybody have any information on how I could access this file?

Currently running: Galaxy Note II

Let's say you pay for an unlimited minutes plan, and after 200 minutes they reduce the quality so that the person on the other line is choppy and laggy. You have to repeat yourself ten times before they can finally piece together what you are saying. Then, they don't change the quality back until next month. That's the equivalent to throttling.
