I'm not sure what the issue could be. You may try contacting the developer through the Play Store to see if he can help you trouble shoot it.
One more question mr. Orange can you install 4.3 based ROMs on 4.4 stock on a dev edition with unlocked bootloader?

Yes and no. There was never an official 4.3 ROM released by Motorola for the Moto X so that's not an option.
I do believe there is a custom ROM that is based on 4.3 here on XDA. I think it is a PAC-MAN ROM and there may be a CyanogenMod ROM available too. You'll just have to do some searching.

Doesn't look like installing 4.3 ROMs work with TWRP. I keep getting failed.

Yes I have and one person said it won't work until it's updated to 4.4. I dont understand why it wouldn't work.

Welp guess I'll have to wait until a stable custom rom comes out besides Eclipse. Cyogenmod is not stable enough yet and it's taking its sweet little time.

Not sure why you'd want any glitchy roms? Don't like stock? Or another reason.
