I have seen this request a lot on the mega theme chooser thread.,
As Holo light is something which is tricky for themers., as there would be a lot of trouble in text display in themes unless there are lot(a whole lot) of effort taken to design the theme.
Still u can try some themes which are light like

Anyway Please wait till the new theme engine released by CM., The engine will be able to cater these request, as the structure of the theme is app specific rather than what we have in current engine., (its bundling each app inside the apk- no common sharing)
