How do I change or where can I change my device ID? Is there an app that I should download?

titanium backup .
go to backup/ restore... settings storage.... backup....
restore... menu... andoird id... restore from backup...
thats it. i use it after every rom flash and i am using the same andoid id for my htc one like ever. otherwise some app like banking apps dont recognise the phone and i have to go through a new registration proces for my phone.. its a real time saver. i would also recommend to purchase the app.
