Code:

flash latest stock rom .ftf with flashtool, then flash this rom again and radio should be upgraded and working.
Coming from slimrom this rom is more power hungry...eh well slim has its purpose as to be just slim and powersaving

its that really solution for this? as the the procedure cost to much things to do, my nandroid backup is around 7GB . when you restore, its take 2hours to complete. lol

can you suggest why this is helping as i dont need to flash newest stock rom .ftf to use some rom like Paranoid.

7gb???? What do you have in that nandroid? That is just wrong.. my nandroid is like maximum 1,5gb or something. I dunno why paranoid is working. They might be using older sources than this rom..

Is like the same thing when we all had to flash .290

I downloaded a couple of times to flash and it booted up nicely. Except the system ui fc comes up straightaway.

My apologies as I am unable to produce it. There is a way to pull it mentioned in another thread but between flashing and reverting back to the previous stable version just right before I sleep, I do not have enough time.

I post just to save time for others like me who like the ROM and keep flashing every version to see if it is working.

Once again, my apologies.

    Introduction:
MoKee OpenSource is based on the Google AOSP. We update our source code frequently to keep up with the latest development, and not forgetting to merge in special features of our own at the same time.

A small group of people from around the world who are interested in Android launched this project on the 12th of December 2012, and is committed to make this ROM better and better. Like most contributors of open source projects (Omni, CyanogenMod, Slim AOSPA etc), we are doing all these in our free time as our passion...:)

Since this project is open source, anyone interested can participate in the development (maintain new devices, contribute code etc). Newcomers are always welcomed! :)
Read here for developer application; with this, you can host your unofficial MoKee builds on our server!

yes this is the default error of this device... keep calm.
I usually wait a few minutes for the device to do what it does after it has booted up. Then I go in to gallery and share an image with snapchare modul with Xposed. Press back button and NOW I just let the device be until the camera starts to work.

Then I exit snapchat and start the camera and voila it work like a charm!

I do not know if you can do this with other apps. Like go in to the gallery app and share the image to another app of some sort. But just reboot your device and your camera should work again.

    edit:
you have already restarted device I see.. hmm if the error does not resolve then there might be an issue. Heh I'm almost ready to reflash my device with some other newer rom. Running Slimkat at the moment.
You might want to send logcat or dmesg to OP for debugging.

edit2: running this rom now without any issues with camera
edit3: I don't like those chinese apps..don't know what they do. But removed every single one of them

There is a fix for aosp roms for xperia z u. Go to paranoid thread and look for fix. There should be a link somewhere
