I'm pretty convinced it should work on all roms based on the legend leak. All unodexed roms that is.

I will keep the launcherbar as is, because that's how I like it.
To change the lockscreen only, you could unpack the theme, and unpack com.htc.resources.apk and take the 3 files inside res/drawable-mdpi that's named lockscreen*.png and then copy them into your com.htc.resources.apk. No need to resign.
Works like a treat now. And really nice to have something different from all that green
