which 4.4 stock rom can i install without active display/Double touch to wake??

are there roms like cm11 that don't have active display and double touch to wake? Or can i just install another kernel for the rom ? the reason i want to disable it is because it bugs the screen more and it makes my phone hot.... :rolleyes:
