[Q] i get fail with odin

i get fail with odin evry time i try to flash my I9100 with android 4.1.2 firmware
and it's like this

And you get the same response as everyone else with this issue - find Hopper8's 'Odin troubleshooting' thread stickied in General, try as much of the stuff in that thread as many times as you need to in order to get a successful flash. That's the only way you're fixing it.
