Android 3.1 Update on Wifi Only Xoom

either thats how it is, or it was a just a big mistake by Moto pushing it to wifi only (maybe thats why it failed)
So this is 3.1 for the Wifi Xoom?
All that is needed to do is unroot, then pop this on SD & Flash?
The update can only be flashed if you're completely stock with only root..

You can pull the recovery and boot out of the .zip and flash it before hand and then see if the update still fails.

ill try it, how do i get into recovery tho (button combo)
and do i rename it update.zip and just put it on the root of sd card

I don't think so. If you unroot, Xoom won't recognize your external SD card anymore.

You can get in there.... press up once I think while it's booting, then select recovery. then at the green android guy, press power THEN up. It gets you to a menu that is looking for an update.zip on the sdcard, but it can't mount the sdcard as far as i can tell.
Tried it, once you get into the menu it's unable to mount the sdcard, interestingly enough it seems to be asking for a usb stick to install from. I need to find my host cable and see what happens..
So whats the solution of getting this to work?
Anybody actually get it working yet? If so, share plz ;-)
i tried flashing from the external sd card using rom manager (tiamat kernel) , some error 7 so thats off the charts
went back to stock, system update notificaotin is not showing nemore, dammit

use adb. The command is: adb pull /cache/e379f0b9bcd0.signed-tervigon-HMJ37-from-HWI69.e379f0b9.zip
That will pull the update to whatever directory on your computer you execute the command from.
