ICS with Sense 4 and RILs

Hi. Are GB RILs compatible and safe to flash on Sense 4 Roms?
I was trying to flash a RIL that corresponds with my radio, and my phone kept giving me the "SIM card not detected" message after reboot, until I reflashed the ROM (since I didn't have the RIL originally included in the ROM to flash) though WiFi worked fine all the time.

you don't need RILs for Custom ICS Roms. I tried to flash a suitable RIL for my radio having an ICS Rom, after that my sim card was not detected anymore.
