[VDO-GUIDE] Return to Stock Firmware via OFFLINE MODE - Fixed cannot flash kdz

Hi all,

I'm from Thailand

I met this method from other forum but I don't remember URL no need connect internet . I have downloaded zip file and replaced some file for working with LG G2.

this is guide for flash KDZ file via OFFLINE MODE .Your computer doesn't need connect internet like this LG G2 Stock Firmware (Go Back to Stock) method


Instruction

Do it first

1. Download file

- LGMOBILEAX.zip
- LG_KDZ_FW-Update_OfflineFix.zip
- Automatic_Offline_Procedure.zip new vbs modify by @abo_mara7 you can copy and replace old file in /LG_KDZ_FW-Update_OfflineFix Folder

He add this code in the first file

2. unzip
- LGMOBILEAX
- LG_KDZ_FW-Update_OfflineFix

3. install B2CAppSetup.exe in
LG_KDZ_FW-Update_OfflineFix\KDZ_FW_UPD_EN

4. go to C:\ProgramData\LGMOBILEAX
remove all files and folder

5. copy all files and folders from LGMOBILEAX that you unzip from step2 to C:\ProgramData\LGMOBILEAX


Method 1. work with vbs script

1. run Automatic Offline Procedure.vbs in \LG_KDZ_FW-Update_OfflineFix folder

2. now R&D test tools appear please select KDZ File

3. select Normal web upgrade test

4. Select Upgrade start

5. In Select Country & Langauage Please Select Country to Different Country (do not worry if does not has Langauage to select )

6. Process Flashing firmware start...Please waiting just moment.

7. for process 100% you is finishing flash return to stock firmware


Method 2. edit host file

1. Go to windows/system32/drivers/etc/ and open your hosts file! (open it with wordpad)

2 . Add this line at the end of the document:
127.0.0.1 csmg.lgmobile.com

3. Save hosts file

4. Install msxml (you can find it in the downloaded KDZ_FW_UPD_EN folder)

5. Start http in the shttps folder

6. Start Windows Enabler and turn it on (system tray!)

7. Start UpTestEX_mod2_marwin

8. Flash your .kdz as you normally would

Fixed Problem

1. fix Please update R&D Test tool LG G2

2. fix CSMG B2C Client TOOL.Select Tool - B2C Client Setup menu LG G2

3. fix You need connect pc to the internet LG G2

these is the basic method for phone that can enter to download mode but no need connecting internet. for AT&T you should use TOT file for flashing.

ok try to disable anti virus. I use nod32 and win8.1 but no need disable.
