Dumb Question

Ok I flashed this rom last night. Played around with it and its bad ass. I have a question and I don't know if its just me or if anyone else has this issue. I can't send out a MMS. All it says is sending. Any help would be much appreciated.

Is there a setting or tweak that would turn my screen on when I get a text or email? Right now I have to bank on feeling or hearing the phone vibrate.

I believe this was covered in the Q&A section recently, head over there and see if anyone got a fix or at the very least someone over there is having the same issue!

I would say to make sure your APN settings are correct, and if you didn't completely wipe your phone pre-flash, that is always recommended. I haven't had a problem with MMS.

Once I reflashed, all my text issues were resolved.

Requet/question.
Is there a way and if not can it be added, where the ringer volume is separate from the notification volume. At work I only want to hear emails being received, not when I get tweets and emails.

That's what I was thinking I was gonna have to do. I did do a full wipe with clockworkmod. Should I use something different. Sorry I did this all late last night

Volume+ or Volume Ace are both free and should provide what you need. Hit those up at the android market.
I believe Volume+ is in the abso tools OTA still, volume ace has some really sexy widgets lol :D

Threads are no open again which me Ascension will continue on!
A few guidelines I expect everyone to follow to make sure we continue on.

1. Don't demand support for this alpha quality rom. Don't get offended if someone tells you to search for a solution.

2. Read the first and second posts completely.

3. Do not be ugly or rude in my threads. I am serious about this. I will close them down again the minute people stop being nice.

4. I don't care what feature is in what rom. I add features as I see fit or as I learn how to implement them. Don't start feature requesting the minute a release drops. I have a life outside of XDA and Android and ICS. If I drop a release that means I just got done spending many many hours working on it. Keep that in mind.

5. Have fun and enjoy Ascension!

Flapp I know I don't even have the same phone as you but I just want to say thank you continuing on for those that use your roms. Great work on everything you have ever put out and I personally feel that these requests you made are more than just

Hopefully this thread will go back to being a dialogue between the Devs and a little bacon talk sprinkled in. We have lost Waaaay too many great Devs on xda from rudeness and frustrating repeated questions. There is not an aosp or ICS rom that comes close to this series, so thanks for coming back.

    -Stock Video Camera doesn't record at full resolution but still works great!

    How To:
    1. Back Up your Stuff.
    2. Wipe Data/ Factory Reset
    3. Wipe Cache and Dalvik Cache
    4. Flash .zip in recovery
    5. Allow full first boot, reboot
    6. Sign in to Market to add account.
    7. Open Collective Tools from Settings Menu and make it your own.
    8. Rate the thread and hit some "Thanks" buttons!

    Custom OC Profiles & Undervolt Settings:
    Sloth - Sleep = conservative 122/122 + Wake = ondemand 122/921
    flappjaxxx - Sleep = conservative 122/122 + Wake = ondemand 122/1152
    rasroy - Sleep = conservative 122/384 + Wake = ondemand 122/1382
    Nun - Sleep = conservative 230/384 + Wake = ondemand 230/1228
    Lone Star - Sleep = conservative 122/122 + Wake = interactive 230/1305

    In the CPU Tab hit your Menu button and you will see CPU Tweak.
    CPU Tweak is exactly that, it will allow you to fully customize your Sleep and Wake Governors and Clock Speeds.
    *Warning* Do be careful with this as using incorrect settings may have ill effects.
    Do not use these setting unless you know what you are doing.

    Undervolting:
    Lite Undervolt = -25mV
    Standard Undervolt = -50mV
    Aggressive Undervolt = -75mV

I just dropped this yesterday and no one seems to understand that this is ALPHA QUALITY! If you aren't going to help me support it with constructive comments, then just keep the crappy comments to yourselves. Being ALPHA quality it is GUARANTEED to have bugs! Read the FIRST POST and when you are done READ IT AGAIN! Do not ask ETAs on the next release. Do not Ask for CM features. Don't bug me when you flash a different kernel and it breaks things. AND DO NOT FLAME IN MY THREAD! If you feel the need to flame someone else just go away. Your crappy comments are not welcome here. Help me out if you want, but keep your crappy comments to yourselves.
