Camera video quality increase (AVC profile high! & level 4) (kernel included!)

Hi releasing a quick kernel to test the camera quality if any improvement has been made.
For android 4.2.2
Ive tested it needs more modified but ive activated high quality.

Releasing a boot.img flash in fasboot mode in terminal via fastboot flash boot boot.img

Test and post results thank you
