alright Mate,
Just Had A Look At HTC ONE X Roms. There Is A Close To Stock Rom Which Uses Base 1.29...

Remember mate if you need to flash a boot.img (which you will do if installing the rom) then you can use this tool!
cool, do i need to put the boot.img in the same folder as the fastboot files then run this program?
Alright,
All Fastboot Files are in correct places mate, Literally Just Copy And Paste The Boot Img Into The bootimg Folder and then choose the option to flash new boot.img
Everything else will then be taken care of!
I Would Suggest After Flashing Rom Via Recovery Coming Straight Into Fastboot Without Booting Phone Up To Fastboot New boot.img
