Not the splash screen, the image that comes up right before the splash screen as soon as you boot up. After flashing this kernel it changed my galaxy SIII with cm image to the red kernel one.

That is the splash screen image dude... First comes the splash screen (Galaxy S3 logo) then comes the boot animation.
The "Ktoonsez - Kernel God" image you see is indeed the splash screen.

Oh ok haha sorry. Do you know where I can find the splash screen image that comes with cm10.1? And also the procedure to flashing it?

Hello, i have the same issue, im playing with the kernel and something that is working for me is to put the option "screen off profile mhz" at 702 mhz, if you find another settings that work better let me know.
