Yeah... Install Xposed framework and download rainbow bars or GEM XPERIA exposed or Serajr Xperia exposed etc...
It is pretty easy...

Hey Guys
I was just wondering if we could change the colors of these buttons? can anyone help me with that? maybe post me a thread url or something because I've searched a lot and I've found nothing at all. ThnQ
If you want to make your custom Soft Buttons then you can make them...
Decompile SystemUI.apk and then go to res>> (folders specified below) >> there you will find the soft button icons.. Replace them with whatever you want
* drawable-hdpi
* drawable-mdpi
* drawable-sw600dp-hdpi
* drawable-sw600dp-mdpi
