@Chubbzlou and I present Sense 5 Android 4.2.2 for the HTC EVO 4G LTE!

Downloading and about to test. Thanks, guys! Patience has paid off once again.

Edit: Strange...I couldn't log into my work wifi. It kept resetting the Phase 2 authentication to "MSCHAPV2", when there is none. Even when I would set it to none, it would always set itself to the same settings. Back to Sense 4 temporarily as I have some things to do. I will report later when I get to test again.

what security does your job wifi have?

Sin, I see that the camera is a kernel issue. Is this something you foresee being fixed soon/later or not at all? It's the only thing holding me back from flashing this right this second. Thanks for both of your hard work.

I'm looking at the kernel now may take some time since I don't really know much about kernels. But I think we can figure it out.

I used the One SV and the One XL combo.

So the One XL gives us the proper size resources, and the One SV gets us working storage. Nicely done, sir. Now camera is the only obstacle left. And since Zoe wasn't included in the One XL build, I wouldn't even worry about it. I think getting the HAL to initialize the camera hardware will be the tough thing to do. What happened to our kernel people?

Thing is, it works just fine on any other Rom. I tried changing the Phase 2 authentication to something else, and it sticks. It only doesn't stick when I set it to "None."

Correct the I used the apks from the xl so I don't have to resize the apks and the framework are from the sv since the sv have a cdma Rom it made it easier to work with and I find it more stable.

Agree sin post in the op no custom kernel/boot.img can be used.

So a side effect of using the resources from the One XL and the "guts" from the One SV is that quite a few of the resources are off. The icon on the Volume slider and In-call volume show the wrong words/icons. Do those issues have to be fixed one at a time, or is there a bulk resource fix that can be done? I assume you can compare the resources from the One XL to the One SV and make the one we're using match what's expected?

We are going to fix all the icon I just wanted to get the beta out so ppl can check it out and get the feel for
4.2.2 sense 5.
