It's really looks like a note 2.

Camera ia 5mp no auto focus and weak led flash.

Dual sim

512mb ram and 8gb internal memory and up to 32gb microsd.

Not sure what android os it's on though.

That is probably Froyo or gingerbread (just look at kernel version! ICS / JB require at least 2.6.39.4. Also look at the bar on top of the screen)
