Its obviously a cosmetic fix needed.

Over the past few night lies I have been receiving a "Process system not responding" prompt upon reboot. Granted I have been dirty flashing for a while, so I don't know if that would be the cause, however it does seem odd. Any ideas?

Try landscape mode for sound icon, boys ;)
Thanks. I had my rotation disabled so I never would've found that one. Can't say I'm thrilled at only having six or seven tones to choose from, but I guess it's just a matter of copying more audio files into the correct folder so the alarm clock can see them.

You are not alone as I and several others are experiencing the same issue. Scroll up a bit in the thread and you'll find the posts.

Has anyone tried Jellyshot version for Nexus S?

Has anyone here tried out the Jellyshot version for Nexus S? I was wondering how that one actually stacks up against CM10.1?

Thanks for the reply and sorry to duplicate an issue that was discussed; I searched and sifted through this thread but obviously missed where it was discussed.

Re: [ROM][4.2.1] Official Cm10.1 Nigthlies for Nexus S & Nexus S 4G 13/02/2013

I noticed Android System using a lot of battery...

Run the "OS Monitor" app from the market and watch the CPU usage by process. Switch auto rotate off, then watch Android System's CPU usage go down near zero. Then switch auto rotate back on and watch Android System go up to a steady 10%+ CPU usage. Clearly something is wonky with auto rotate.

I saw auto rotate mentioned a few pages back in regard to battery, but this is a good way to really watch the issue in action. Anyone else seeing this?

I'm on the latest nightly from today.

I'm on the Feb 12 nightly on my Nexus S. I have enabled the option in the messages app that new text messsages should be notified with vibration while im calling. It does not work here, can anyone confirm?

How do i report such things (like the missing alarm clock ringtone option)? Should i wait until the next monthly is released and create an issue at the official bug tracker if the error still occurs?

I think people need to realize that all updates in green are generic and not device specific.

I don't think people should be able to access changelogs so easily. There needs to be a cheat code or something, a bit à la developper options being hidden in JB 4.2...

Like seriously, if you're not able to do the modicum of research, you probably don't belong there. :p
