My s4 is charging only when i turned off. But still with problems. On screen i have battery for about 2/4 secs then restarting. When i turn on my phone there is no charge icon or somethin. Sometimes when i pull out charger then i have 'usb connected'. Phone had a little contact with water. What can I do ?
