Things that brought me back to Sony-stockbased again and again: offline-charge, USB-charge, charge-warming, fastcharge with working MTP, lower Voltage)

before flashing the rom

format /cache
/system
/ data

also try fastboot the kernel separately from rom zip file and flash the rom again

i tried all those things as always but no result.. i only haven`t tried flashing the kernel on its own

Just wait, enjoy a cup of tea, and the second boot will be done ( second boot takes quite some time, 15minutes +-)
Any boot afterward will be normal.

@RaymanFX: I see that kk_blue-cm is newer and more up-to-date regarding your commits. Wouldn't it be better to use that rather than the one stated in the OP (my puny brain is half-asleep writing this, please forgive my mistakes)?

Also, a note for the ROM;
Didn't expect it to run as well, but then again, Rayman will be Rayman, perfecting everything before even releasing alphas.

EDIT: And if somebody could please post the kernel (or a link to where it might already reside), that'd be great (this darn laptop only has Debian on it, and all the USB drivers are broken :/)

I haven't tried it out, but if it is the same as those older builds, then yes, the third boot and afterward should boot normally without the delay.

You`re right..it took about 10 minutes to boot, after that all went ok.. any other boot after that is normal

OK i finally flashed it and ITS AWESOME !! I can't believe it's an Alpha... Its the fastest rom i flashed on my phone !!! Working PERFECTLY appart the known bugs : video playback & recording ! Keep up good work sir RaymanFX ! :thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:

had this issue after i (accidently) did a not-so-clean-install, but a clean install did it for me (including data-wipe). hope it helps.
