I will no longer be buying samsung phones, and I'm going to Verizon the first chance i get.

Nineteen straight quarters of losing money, and being in last place among other carriers in terms of 3G paints a pretty accurate picture.

The problem is not samsung is sprint.

I know why they give unlimited uncap data, their 3G speed suck i use to get peak 800KB now i get 200KB peak here in puerto rico, even opening something as light as facebook lead me to multiple connection errors.

I have been complaining about it last time they told me they were aware that there was a problem with their antennas, and that it would be fix by next day,it has been more than a week now and still my connection still a mess, messages don't go out or come in real late, drop call by the ton,and horrible data and connection problems,a few days i got 4G in one place i downloaded 3 movies and several games, because after that is 150KB time at best.

There is the best thing in the whole story, numbers. Numbers don't lie. Like the number 1-amount of customers you are to Sprint, or 0-how much they give a crap about you not knowing general terms and conditions of most providers, and finally 200+(what you are going to have sent to your credit report for not paying after they kick you off the service).

My epic touch is the greatest phone I have owned, been a sprint customer for 11+ years, no problems. (Did have an LG phone once that was a lemon but got it swapped out for another a week later ) my priority function for this device is to make and get calls, can't forget that it is a phone.
