xTouch pl71 tablet

Hello,

My sister bought a xTouch Tablet (pl71) and it ships with stock Android and of course without gapps.

I have no physical access to the tablet now, so I need help to know about the possibilities to install gapps on it.

Does the tablet have CWM?

if not, is it possible to install Google Play Store directly from .apk?

The Android version is 4
