RootBox has always been smooth for me. I've been playing around with minimal ROMs until this last release. Lots of features fro, CM, AOKP, PA and RootBox without bogging down the device. Using RB on my LGOG as well.

just wandering since i didnt use this flash since the bt issue anymore.
Could it now be considered as stable and mostly bugfree.
I am using a source build of this rom for my OneX LordClockan made and i absolutely love it even if this build about 6 weeks old,but the newer ones didnt work at all.Would love a new version for my one x if stable working though

Yeah this build can be considered stable. I've been using it since I built it and haven't came across a bug yet.

I'd suggest flashing it, you won't regret it.

Does this ROM have the PA Hybrid toggle included, where you can quickly change an APPS dpi/dp/nav color settings?

I'm pretty sure it doesn't since it uses the aokp toggles which aren't compatible right now with the hybrid toggle. At least that's what another rom dev told me

Coming from 3.9.1 stable version do I need to full wipe or dirty flash
will be enough?

You can do a dirty flash and no need to flash Gapps
