Wipe all: including system.. install NuSense 4.8 Rom.. if random reboot; just wait for it to reboot back into TWRP 2.8.0.0 (on its own).. then install again without wiping anything manually.
I followed your step, but also got random reboot. what's wrong about that?
My device is S-On. Is it need to update firmware?
You should S-off your device to make flashing Roms so much easier.
That being said it is possible to flash Roms with S-on.. but you have to reboot into Bootloader from TWRP then flash a special zip with the boot image from the Rom you flashed in Recovery (named correctly for your device).
It's a pain.. As you can see.. Plus you have to have that zip file on the root directory of your SD card before you flash your Rom.. so pre-planning is paramount.
So as you can see.. it is just easier to S-off your device to flash custom Roms.
Also.. you will need to ask someone smarter then me to make you the bootloader flashable Zip. (most Dev are reluctant to do so because s-off is easy on our device).

I just flash the newest release, RC.4.8.0 and Include OTA RC.4.8.2...
everything work fine but my android (Settings - Sound - Ringtones) can't see my custom ringtones (audio files that i placed in ringtone folder (/sdcard/Ringtones),
but it not happen with the notifications (Settings - Sound - Notification sound) (audio files that i placed in ringtone folder (/sdcard/Notifications), it works fine...
So... Is there any solution to rescan the ringtone files?
Any suggestion appriciated...

My suggestion for now, is to drop your custom ringtones into /system/media/audio/ringtones, change all the permissions to match the permissions of the other tones already in place, then reboot.
I just happen to need a Sprint NuSense Rom to test.
Let us know if everything is working ok for you. Primarily Phone, data, wifi, bluetooth
I'm setting up a phone for somebody who lives several states away. Any chance of a download link for the latest version so I don't have to help them remotely if there are issues later?

1.) Fingerprint scanner not working....
Check to make sure your bootloader says "LOCKED"
- adb shell
- su (if needed to get a # prompt)
- echo -ne '\x00\x00\x00\x00' | dd of=/dev/block/mmcblk0p3 bs=1 seek=33796
- (i would very strongly recomend you copy/paste this)
- exit
- adb reboot bootloader
- verify you are now locked
2.) Sense 6 Tool Box force closes on start up....
Open up Xposed Installer in your app list and Install/Update the framework.
Remember if you use Sense 6 Tool Box. You need to enable the module in Xposed Installer
Do not touch EQS settings! Will cause SystemUI FCs
